I have spent many years in academic study, research, and teaching in the fields of theology, Islamic thought, philosophy, and Sufism. Over the years, my main interests have included Islamic philosophy, Ancient Greek philosophy, theology, and the relationship between religion, philosophy, and human experience.

Teaching has always been an important part of my academic life. I have taught and worked at different universities and academic institutions, and I have had the opportunity to meet students and scholars from different backgrounds. These experiences have also strengthened my interest in dialogue between cultures and intellectual traditions.

Alongside my academic work, literature has remained an important part of my life. I have written books and academic studies as well as theatre plays, poetry, essays, and song lyrics. I see literature as another way of thinking about human life, society, belief, and meaning.

Today, I continue my academic and literary work, with a particular interest in bringing different ideas, traditions, and experiences together.
